Arden Maker's Camp is an industrial park made up of 37 individual workshop spaces.

shops include:

20' roll up garage door and man door 

spaces are large enough to pull in entire construction fleet in and easily take out large projects

individual utilities

some shops include a restroom

tenants we are seeking:

carpenters, electricians, welders, ceramicists, landscapers, millworkers, glass blowers, mechanics, all trades people

 

Each unit can be tailored by you, for you.
